These terms apply when you download or play Drift: Fly Fishing ("Drift", "the app"). By using the app you agree to them. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Drift on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Coins and purchases
- Coins are a virtual item for use in the game only. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and can't be transferred.
- Coin packs are consumable: once added to your game they're used up and can't be restored. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase and can be restored from Settings › Restore purchases.
- Your game is saved on your phone. Deleting the app or resetting your progress removes coins and items you've earned or bought, except the Starter Pack, which comes back.
- All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices, what's for sale and how the game plays, including how coins are earned.
Play safely
Drift is played by moving your phone like a rod. Hold on to it, mind what's around you, and don't play where a dropped phone or a swing of the arm could hurt someone or something. You're responsible for your device.
The game as it is
We work hard on Drift, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available or free of bugs, and we may update, change or stop offering it. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app and in-app purchases in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
